Why teams switch

The four reasons HR managers switch in their first month

Workers don't always come to the office

Construction, deliveries, sales reps, multi-branch retail. A device on a wall is the wrong tool.

Lower year-1 cost

No purchase, no install, no maintenance contract. Cancel anytime if you change your mind.

AI reports instead of spreadsheets

Auto-detected late patterns, calculated deductions, monthly workforce summaries. No machine does this.

Live in 5 minutes, not 3 weeks

Sign up, add a branch, invite your team. They install the app and check in. That's the whole rollout.

Already have biometric machines?

Run both for a month. Then retire the device.

Most of our customers came from biometric devices. We recommend running Attendify in parallel for 30 days, comparing the data side-by-side, then quietly retiring the machine. We can help you migrate employee records and historical attendance.

Common objections

"But what about…"

Use a single shared tablet at the door as a kiosk. Each worker logs in with their PIN or face. You get the same single-device experience as a biometric machine, without the wall-mounting and maintenance contract.

We detect mock-location apps and block them. Combined with device binding (one phone per employee) and optional Face ID at check-in, faking a check-in is significantly harder than fooling a fingerprint scanner.

Yes, the hardware is sunk. But the maintenance contract, IT visits, and per-branch quotes when you expand are not. Most teams recover the cost of switching within 4 months just by dropping the maintenance contract.

Cancel. No contract, no termination fees, no removal cost. Export your attendance history and walk away. The machine vendor's contract is rarely that flexible.
